Went to Phoon Huat to get all the stuff for making my raspberry heart jelly cheesecake. only prob was that the shop only had mango puree and not raspberry puree. so had to change my cake to mango cheesecake. yup. the jellylayer was suppose to be the same as that of the puree used. but din see any mango flavour jelly so settled for orange. haha..
baking it was OK. except tt its a little tedious coz have to do 3 layers separately. but this time round, havin gotten a springform pan, its easier to get a round cake! ahhaha. and the mango puree makes the cake not as easily 腻to taste coz the puree covers up the TOO CREAMY taste. yea.
don’t think its VERy fantastic. but i think for people who don’t eat this kind of cheesecake often, such as my auntie, they probably think its nice.haha she actually thought that its bought from outside when my mum let her try when i wasn’t at home. *beams*
